Key Responsibilities:
- Provide friendly and professional service to customers
- Maintain visual merchandising and store cleanliness standards
- Assist in restocking and inventory checks
- Stay updated with the latest product releases and promotions
- Support the team in achieving store sales targets
Minimum Qualifications:
- ‘N’ Level/’O’ Level/ITE/NITEC/Higher NITEC/Diploma
- Candidates with basic Mandarin-speaking proficiency are preferred to communicate with Chinese-speaking customers, but not necessary
- Strong interest in sneakers, streetwear, and urban culture
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced retail environment
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Physically able to stand for extended periods during shifts
- Must be available to work weekends, public holidays, and retail peak periods
