As we continue to grow and evolve, we are looking for a Warehouse Operations Manager to lead and optimize our logistics and inventory operations. This role is crucial in ensuring our products move efficiently from warehouse to store, supporting our mission to shape Singapore’s street culture and lifestyle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch
- Manage and lead warehouse staff, ensuring productivity and safety standards are met
- Monitor inventory accuracy and conduct regular stock audits
- Coordinate with retail and e-commerce teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
- Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- At least 3 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations, with leadership responsibilities
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in inventory management systems and Microsoft Office
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
